No, I don't- and you wouldn't either if you put even an ounce of thought into it. Are you ready to have children and support them until they are adults? No. (unless at 13 you have an impressive resume and a few years of job experience). And don't even think about "birth control means it's safe"- My wife's older brother is a busted condom baby, her older sister is a foam failure baby, she herself is a "the pill didn't work" baby- if you have sex, you are using your body to tell God (or the universe, nature, what ever you believe) that you are ready to be a parent- and unless you are ready for changing dirty diapers, walking the floor with a baby who is puking over your shoulder, crying and hurting, working fulltime as a "whatever" and also working fulltime and a half as a parent, worrying about how the world you are going to make the rent, the utilities, the food bill, the car payment, the diaper bill, the doctors bills, the insurance bills, the clothing bills, worrying over how you are going to pay for the new tires on the car, the gasoline, the funny ticking in the engine bill, the phone bill, the ... well, let's just say it's a good thing that this list aint in ink, or you'd have to worry about the pen bill to finish the list (and I'm telling you, as a Dad, the list I gave here isn't even CLOSE to half a list)- unless you are ready for that level of responsiblity- don't even THINK about sex- hold her hand, kiss her on the cheek, and grow up first! and NEVER be in a room alone- it's easier not to think about how interested you are in her if there is a parent sitting right there. and did I mention GROW UP FIRST! I know at 13 you think you have a handle on the world- wait till you are paying all your own bills and THEN think about marriage and sex (in that order).

First of all, it's illegal. And since you're both minors, not even close to 18, the punishment will fall on your parents.

Secondly, at the age of 13, it's doubtful that you've found your life partner. Even many long high school relationships fall apart.

Therefore, when you two fall apart, you'll regret having wasted both your first times on a little relationship like this. Trust me, you have in no way experienced a true, loving relationship yet. And until you do, it's not a good idea to have sex.
