No it is not. When the man becomes sexually excited his prostate swells closing off the urethra. Pee comes through the urethra from the bladder to exit the body through the penis. The swelling of the prostate must go down before the man can pee. This swelling of the prostate makes it impossible for pee to pass at the same time the man is ejaculating.

Peeing and ejaculation do not occure simultaneously as there is a valve near prostate and the urethra to regulate the passage. While doing intercourse normally it is impossible to pee inside, while it is very much inside. Yes, one can take it out and pee it into from outside. I think I have made the point clear.

No- There's a valve on the urethra that closes off the bladder during orgasm and stops semen from exiting during urination. Any mixing occurs after the valve.

No. The hardening of the penis sort of blocks the opening urinary duct. This is natures way of ensuring that sperm and urine dont mix. If they do, you have got a problem -- seek medical help.
