Yes, Canada is a very immigrant friendly country, where multiculturalism is embraced. We have liberal laws, and fairly good health system. Also, many people from the sub-continent of India have come here over the years, so you will find many amenities that will suit your needs. There are lots of Jobs in Alberta and BC, and Vancouver BC, is the most temperate, with very little snow, although it does rain here. Come on over, man, you will love it.
