It depends on how he stares at you. If he checks you out and then looks in your eyes, it definitely means he likes you. But if he ONLY stares at other part of your body, stay away. He's just looking for your body not you. Its not about having pretty eyes and forget about reading your mind thru the eyes urban legend stuffs (most guys have trouble reading them). But its about whether you are going to stare at him back "most of the time" or you are interested in that pink shoe at the window. That's the ONLY way guys can know whether you are interested in them (and not that shoe). Hope that clears you up.

okay most of the time when guys stare at you, they are having sex with you in there mind. and that is why they drool. But don't be scared that only last untill another female walks by. That is why guys do crazy things, have you ever tried to walk with a hard on. Try to place a vibrator in your underwear and walk around. lol

i can't really say, but i had a a similar experience, and this guy was staring at me from inside his car (i was about to cross the street). Even after I looked away, and looked back at his direction, he never took his eyes off me. And then he gave me a sweetest ,biggest, most charming smile.
Well, don't know if he likes me, but it sure feels good..hehe...and he is kinda cute looking too.
