Hi Sarika,

If you have the direct ticket to USA and your airlinehas a stopage at Paris for few hours then u don't need transit Visa but in case if you have ticket till Paris and thn u have to do another booking frm Paris to US thn surely u need transit VISA otherwise u cannot get off the plane.
