animals usually get a absesses after recieving small wounds, its just thier body attacking what entered there. it'll be gone completely in less that two weeks. if theres no reduction in the size of it, or gets worse after the first week it could be a sign of infection and you should take your dog to the vet for some antibiotics.

Keep an eye on it. If the lump does not go down, it is a reaction to the vaccinations. Injection site cancer has been confirmed in dogs now. It was confirmed in cats years ago. If that lumb doesn't go away or if it gets bigger, or if it reappears even years from now, don't waste time, see a vet.
Vaccinations are good for many years as show in a study published by Dr. Ron Schultz of Wisconsin University in 1999.

could be an allergic reaction. usually, a vet should tell you to stay in the vet office for at least half an hour after gettinng the shots in case an allergic reaction occurs. that way, at least you're close to the vet and the pet can get the care he/she needs right away. the bump can also be just a normal bump after the shot. i woul take my pet back at the office where they did the shot and speak to the vet. it could be nothing, but i wouuldn't take the chance.

None of my dogs have had this. I would call the vet and let them know. I would assume its nothing but would rather double check with the vet.
