God was created when human had no explanations of how certain things in his surrounding are miraculously going on. It might be the blossoming of a flower or the rainfall, or a volcanic eruption which was beyond the scope of human to know why it happens.
Actually GOD is the answer to the question WHY? ie. if you cant explain WHY this is this or why that is that the also u have the answer "This is this because of GOD" or "because GOD made it like this".
Human created GOD to make them look like intelligent when they don't know an answer to a question. Human choose to ignore certain facts which it didn't understand and created GOD. He kept God in the charge of those thing and relaxed thinking he is grate to solve the mystery.

I have pondered this myself but I cannot provide an answer, only another question.
Well established modern science tells us that:
All effects have a cause
The universe has not been around forever, it had a beginning about 14 billion years ago.
The universe coming into existence was an effect. In order for an agent to cause something, it must exist (thus the universe cannot create itself). Whatever caused the creation of the universe could be called "God", but as to the nature of that agent, or how long its been around, I cannot say.

God has always existed. He is the master mind who created everything! He is the start the beginning.
Faith does nothing to create God nor does faith make anything real. If something is real & you have faith in it, then your faith is real. What you really need is proof that God really is out their!! God to this website & you'll get your answer.

God was never created because He is the creator, meaning He is from everlasting to everlasting. There is no beginning and no end.
Psalms 90:2 NIV
Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the earth and the world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God.

If you click on my avatar and read the answers to the top two questions (same question posted twice), you should discover God believers cannot even describe their God, much less how he was created.
And, those are people who claim to KNOW God exists.
God is a figment of the imagination.

BUT if you could understand IT, it might be NOT god.

You will not understand your Creator of universe
look around you, look to the sky, go to the mountain and look.
You are just one of God creation.
You will not understand your CREATOR.
