I want to get more ideas to make dinner at home. Also what's your favorite late-night snack?

Pasta with marinara sauce and baked talapia and loads of garlic bread. Late night snack? Whatever is lying around. I've basically got a pantry full of double chocolate milanos. Yum!

I love to eat so I like a full dinner{ start with soup,then some meat(broiled chicken w/herbs is my favorite) add some veggies of choice(usually broccoli, carrote&peas) then a fresh green salad followed by fruit and cheeses. snack on the fruit and cheeses...yummy!!

Right now I'm crazy for this simple dish: take fresh tomatoes and slice them on a dish. Get a very good piece of mozzarella (if you can find one made from buffalo milk, it tastes even better) and just shred pieces of it over the tomatoes w/your fingers; drizzle a little olive oil, salt and pepper on top. If you have fresh basil, you can chop it and serve it on top. Here you have a lovely Italian Mozzarella Salad (with the 3 colors of Italy!) Serve with crusty bread! Yum!

I don't have any late night snack bcoz I already in the bed sleeping haha but I sometimes eat peanuts and chocolates.

My fave meal is pasta bake. Cook macaroni like you would for ghoulish, put in baking pan, top with taco cheese, bake at 400 till cheese is all melted. My fave midnight snack is a peanut butter and jelly sandwich or fluffer-nutter.

We usually have Chappati with rice & spicy fishcurry for dinner since we are Indian!!! No late nite snacks as we are in deep slumber then!!!

boiled red potatoes, polish sausage, saurkraut, pumpernickel bread and butter. Top off with V-8 juice for beverage
