I found spirituality a long time ago and don't ever look at the Western way of seeing it. I'm very very deep into Eastern Philosophy and Religion and cannot even begin to understand what people see in Western Religion but to each their own i guess but once you have deeply understood "awareness" it is not even a question of what Western has to offer. I havent looked back since.

In my opinion, that verse is saying that we should help others without seeking glory. Many people have done that.
