drink wines as a taste experiance not by the rules but by what you like and then enjoy its a bout flavors and colors and tastes not the rules ask a good chef they know

Try everything once until you know what you like. Drink what you like most often. It's helpful to keep a wine tasting journal so that if you try a wine and you really like it than you can go back to it years down the road and remember what that great wine was that you tried.

Don't live by the rules when it comes to wine tasting - make your own.

A red Rose wine such as Livingston Cellars is good and works well withe the cream red concord by manechevetz. Mix them togeather or have them by themselved. Either way you will enjoy.
