It depends on the context and his and your personalities. I know couples that swear at each other, and it's a day to day thing for them, no big deal, so they don't feel disrespected. However, if your significant other knows that that phrase insults you, and does it anyway, then yes, that is disrespectful of him. If he doesn't know how you feel about it, then he may not intend to be disrespectful and I would forgive him for that.

Yep , he just disrespected God and took the lords name in vain.. other then that if u feel disrespected by it tell him.. and dont let him get away with it.. but really theres a heck of alot worse he could of said ..
