Not really. I agree with the guy who said they are exes for a reason. I have a few friends that I messed around with a couple of times, but not really ex-girlfriends. Part of the reason I broke up with my girlfriend of 3 1/2 years last week is because of her best "friend", a guy who she lived with and slept with off and on for about seven years. He would call all the time, and she would go over to his apartment all the time. I did believe that she wasn't sleeping with him anymore, but her heart was obviously more his than mine. I think that there is a line between staying friends and keeping someone in the bullpen in case it doesn't work out with the new person you're seeing.

Yes I am, to this day I haven't had a single fight with one of them. To the most recent one I talk now and then. It's just a matter of overcoming that stage and realizing that friendship is something that works better there. Sometimes I'm even so trustworthy they come to me and seek me for advice on their love matters, and I usually try to give them a very honest and fair answer without involving my personal feelings.
You can be, if you grow up and overcome the relationship.

I do try to be friends with both my ex-girlfriends, though only one really is still friends with me and still speaks to me because we talked and we agreed that if we ever broke up we'd do our best to remain close friends. In fact, she and my current girlfriend may meet some time soon. That's how close a friend she is to me.

Some yes and some no.. we are not close close anymore I moved away and am getting married, but we still talk like once a year lol sometimes more

not with most of them cuz we broke up badly
but with the ones where the break up was fairly mutual, i still kinda talk to them
