The best answer I have found is to Let Go and Let God. Stress usually happens because we are trying to control everything around us, life is alot easier to take on when we sit back and have faith that everything will turn out the way God wants it be if we would just let him do his work. I say sit back, take a deep breath, pray for sanity and a peace of mind, take one task at a time, only worry about what needs to be done right now, at this very moment.

well if your having major stress and feel you need to unwind you should go get a massage that will help with a lot of your stress. Your muscles are also really tense and that is part of the problem.

Ice cream.
Eat it every day.
Lick it of a chocolate dipped cone.
Eat it in a bowl.
Put it in a mug, pour a little milk over it, create a shake.
If you finish it, and you find yourself still stressed...
well, have another and eventually ~ voila, no more stress. Ã

There's an effective way of handling stress-MEDITATION. But first you have to be patient while studying it. Though it pays a lot.

just consume fresh herbal medicines:
just be relax every time
stop drink coffee
stop smoking
stop drink alcohol
minimize to consume eggs or meat,
eat fish, consume fish which have scale
eat many tomatoes as much as possible
eat many cucumbers as much as possible
eat much green vegetables as much as possible
drink mininum 1,5 - 2 litres pure water a day
do any sport 4-5 days a week
and you will be healthier.

have a plan to solve the problems that are causing you stress.. the fact that you have a solution will make you psychologically relax..
Exercising is also very helpful.
and a visit to the spa will cause no harm either ;)

the thing I always do to relieve stress is that I always do something that relaxes me. So, find something relaxing like a bubble bath or a massage.
