Believe it or not, you too may be going through a sort of cycle. It is not uncommon for men to exhibit signs of moodiness, irritability, sleeplessness, headaches, muscle soreness, changes in bowel movements, sexual dysfunctions, etc. during theis "menstrual cycle.
