Why would someone think its ok to destroy their unborn children.
Anyone familiar with the abortion debate knows it comes down to one argument. Do you know what that argument is?

Copping out and using the fact that I am male is a logical falacy. That is known as an "ad hominem" argument. You dont argue the person, you argue the argument. Also many of you seem to think I've passed a judgement on you, a little self-conscious are we?

If its ok to abort fetuses in the womb because they may be poor or underprivileged, can we go around killing homeless people? It's just common courtesy, they are so poor and underprivileged.

It is that fetuses fault that they were conceived through rape. Kill them. My boss had a bad day at work, so he went out side and keyed a bunch of cars. Chill right?

Why do self conscious pro-abortionist always say we all are trying to control their uteruses? This is just to mask the fact that pro-lifers are defending the rights of the unborn, while you trample them.

Hitler used marginalization and dehumanization to kill 12 million people. Pro-Abortionists are doing this against with the unborn. How many millions of innocent children have been killed?

They are too worried it might interrupt their precious life style, the car they drive will change, where they live will change. Everything in their life will change and its just to easy to say, nope, sorry, I don't want that responsibility.

?My belief is people do things such as having an abortion because they have lost intimate connection with the feminine aspects of nature. Also it is not wildly taught or respected the amazing and deeply meaningful aspects of bringing forth something that is not just flesh but a soul. Mother Teressa was totally against abortion.
I asked why do women not feel, know the sacred task put before them when they have conceived, not just a child that they may want or not want, but conceived a whole process and transformation that is an Honor to be given. The soul had chosen the vessel, it knows much more then we remember as ego's, why is it we put our trust and fear in physical matter and not in the great love.

I have never had an abortion but I when I was younger and pregnant with my first daughter I thought about it. When you are able to carry the baby and have one all by yourself then you can make the choice for yourself. Your not worried about being in the delivory room by yourself or being able to support the baby once you have the baby and you can't work for a few weeks. Maybe you didn't think that you don't recieve alot of child support. I only get $70 a week. If I put my kid in daycare it would caust $800 a month. Men are able to walk away from thing... Most wemon have to be all by themselfs. When its your body it can be your choice.

Let me answer you with another question.
Why is it that so many men think that it is alright to sleep with a woman, possibly resulting in pregnancy, and yet they do not want the responsibility of raising their own offspring?
Guys, if it's ok for you to shrug responsibility at will, why then are you so judgmental of a woman's right to choose the same?
Granted, the two should have taken the necessary precautions before intercourse, but come on. Isn't that kind of a double standard?

Well, I think that abortion is okay. I know that people think it is all about young teenage mothers who have sex when they are young. But! Maybe somebody got raped? They wouldnt want to have a child that they got out of wierd circumstances. Also, they are going to die anyway, so, why not then? ONE LAST POINT, maybe the mothers are like say, 21, and they dont have that good of a job because all they have is minimum wage, they wont be able to care for that baby and they could possibly lose their job becuase they cant work. Well im for abortion.

When life begins... that is the magic argument of which you speak.
However, as much as some people can't stand it... there are those who would have an abortion even if they believe life begins at conception. Why? Because they were raped, or the result of incest, to escape an abusive relationship, or because the child would be born with a debillitating disorder, or because they are just too dang young to be a good parent!!

What makes it your business?
Are you God? Do you rule the Universe?
I am not saying that I agree or disagree with the idea or use of abortion, but goddamn I am so sick of people, especially those who do not own their own uterus, trying to dictate what has to be right for everyone. I am my own person and have the gift of free will given to me by the Universe. I have the power to allow others to be who they are and do what they do, and to be an example of the loving kindness that the Universe has bestowed on me. My Universe loves me no matter what I do or say, it cannot be vengeful and loving all at the same time. And I trust that it will guide me to do what is right for me, if I am willing to seek through prayer and meditation it's answers to my questions.
So why do feel that it is not okay to have one? And please share with us your belief not the one that has been dictated to you through a religion. Just a real from the gut, truth about yourself and your beliefs not those of your parents, think for yourself, it might feel weird at first, but once you get the hang of it, it feels great.

Just one argument? Are you actually idiotic enough to claim that it's that simplified? When abortions take place, the fetus is a living mass of cells without a consciousness or developed nervous system. I have no problem with abortions.
Edit: So, do you use any logical arguments, or just emotional arguments?

some people may think it's okay to have an abortion because they are scared of what will happen if they have a child. personally, i think the real issue is other people trying to control other people's decisions.
but think about this: it doesn't matter who gets mad over someone else making a decision that they think is "stupid" or "immature", because no matter where anyone goes, there's always going to be someone who isn't happy with choices they decide to make.

the argument is " when does life begin" does life begin at conception, when the egg and sperm meet? Does life begin when the baby breathes for the first time? Does life begin somewhere in the second trimester? It is an unsolvable question because it is subject to belief.
The real question?? WHY DO PEOPLE FEEL IT IS ACCEPTABLE TO POST THIS QUESTION EVERY DAY EVEN THOUGH IT HAS BEEN DISCUSSED IN EVERY CLASSROOM IN EVERY SCHOOL SINCE WE WERE IN 8th GRADE??

Your one of those people who probably doesn't have a family member in Irag yet feels you should let everyone know your against the war keep your opinions to yourself no one cares
