That's a wise question to ask! It is written, "Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help" So if you can not trust man, then, who can you trust? Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth and the life: no man cometh to the Father but by me." John 14:6
Your duty is to know the Word of God because by doing so, you can quickly judge who is lying or not. "To the law and to the testominy, if they speak not according to this Word, it is because there is no light in them." Please note: light is a symbol of Christ, and darkness represents Satan. Jesus said, " I am the light of the world." John 8:12
If it is your desire to know the truth, you must become a disciple of Jesus Christ. A disciple knows the Words of Christ. Jesus said to His disciples, "Ye are the light of the world." Matthews 5:14 You will fulfill this admonition, "To give light to them who sit in darkness... Luke 1:79
So my friend, let us light the world so full of truth that the Devil, the father of lies and all his evil angels and servants may quickly be ushered to the lake of fire that sin will no longer be found in this earth.

it's up to you to decide if we're lying or not. usually when someone wants a fast 2 points, they give a one-word answer like "because", but when someone is truly trying to help you out, they'll take the time to answer your question. hope this helps.

Because we sell only the highest quality meats and cheeses. 3 out of 5 people have never said anything mentionable about our fine foods.

It doesn't matter if you know whether I'm lying or not because He knows and that's all that really matters.

You can't just hope that who you are talking about is telling the truth, never believe in a human unless they have proof in what they are saying.

You don't. That is why we have the bible. You can read it yourself and decide.
If and when GOD chooses to open your eyes, you will understand your need for his love and forgivness.
Never believe a human in absolute, read it for yourself, that is why it exists throughout time.
