It really depends on your state statutes.

But generally it can take as little as a few weeks to a couple years.

Be sure to answer the summons so they do not get a default judgment against you.

Learn your rights, learn how to fight a law suit.

If you are not up to fighting on your own, get a lawyer. But I would still recommend that you learn your rights.

Depends on when the court date gets scheduled and when the judge actually announces the decision. This will differ from county to county.

they have to send you 3 letters in writing. After the 3rd letter (usually 90 days) they will set up a court date and serve you. From 1st letter to serving it is more than 90 days.
