well first of all it would help to see a pic of you, and second of all if you keep on dying your hair pretty soon you won't have any hair to dye. it'll start breaking off or you'll loose your color, or both. so just pick one, i'd say brown, cause it's a better color. so just pick one and stick with it.

First off if you're using bleach to go blonde you're REALLY hurting your hair!! I've done the bleach highlight thing a few times(ok a LOT) & I'm paying for it, no matter what I do my hair is dry, so I refuse to use bleach & I'm done with blonde, it's overdone anyways. When you go back to brown try using a demi permanent color. They last just as long as permanent colors but they don't have the amonia & other harsh chemicals that damage your hair. I'd also suggest that you deep condition your hair at LEAST once a week as well as use a leave in conditioner like enfusium 23. You should also be sure to have your ends trimmed off regularly to prevent your hair from looking like dried straw.
If you're really having THAT much trouble finding a color maybe blonde & browns aren't what you're looking for?? Try a different color. Or try going to your natural color for a while to let your hair relax for a while & regain some health & strength

Your certainly not helping it that's for sure. I'm damn near shocked hair hasn't already broken off.
In a strange way your hair is stuck between a rock and a hard place.
From what you've described you must have seriously stripped your hair of color either by a single or double process at least once if not more often.
All things considered, the most you can expect of a hair care product at this point, to help you, will be something that's only going to fill your hairs over porous condition.
Which, in turn, is going to add to the difficultly of coloring..
Ok, now, to start with, the color of your skin tone is what best determines your most flattering hair color.(make-up too)
Managing to match your make-up and hair color to blend well with your skin tone will generally prove to be your best look.
Finding a seriously knowledgeable professional to help you will prove to be the hardest hurdle to get over.

I do that too, I just went from blonde to blue to green to brown to blonde to red to purple, back to dark brown. My hair started feeling really crunchy.....
I suggest thermasilk for colored hair, even if you don't heat style like I do. The conditioner is really thick and creamy, so it sticks in your hair. Use this every night, put it in and leave it for about two minutes and then rinse it out so that your hair still feels just a little tiny bit slimey....it works great.
Or if your hair frizzes, John Freida frizz-ease is great, if you get the shampoo conditioner and a gel it works. There is also a leave-in conditioner that you can use with or without the conventional conditioner. Depends on how much moisture your hair needs.
Dove also has great shampoo for color treated and hilighted hair, it comes in a pretty pink bottle and also has after shampoo treatments.
All of these lines work great, but can run expensive, and of the Suave line of products for colored hair work well too. Just make sure to always condition your hair, and if you leave the conditioner in for about two minutes, it works even better.

yes, go to a professional hair dresser and ask about a frosting job. with foil. lighten up the whole thing leaving some base color in it to make it look thick and healthy. Sometimes these things happen because you simply cannot find the best products to style it with. check out Sabestian hair care products sold at walmarts inside the smart style salon, they offer about 20 products and I can't say enough good about them, get a cut and don't forget to tip about ten bucks, so you can always go back to the same one...good luck..p.s. it's sold on the web also...

Depends on how often you are doing it? You should let hair rest for 6 weeks after a dye job, 8 weeks after a severe one. Also have a pro-stylist look at your hair to determine if your hair can take the abuse.

LET IT GROW OUT and regain its natural luster! Then, sit down and ask yourself why you're not happy with your appearance and keep in mind that it may not be just your hair color you're unhappy with. ;)
