she smells like its coming from down there...u know where...but she says she cant help it,she cant reach that area.what can she do?besides lose weight,any other answers will help.

on the next occasion buy her a flexible shower head, the kind that you can hold in your hand and spray around with. Then at least she can start on healthy cleansing habits. She might be able to scrub the area, front and back with a sufficiently soft back brush if the softness and length are ok.

Soak in bubble bath See a doctor and make sure it is not a medical condition. Not all over weight people smell Be a friend and speak with her Kindly and gently she may have a problem she is unaware of

Stop taking showers and bathe. After soaking in your dirt, then take a shower to rinse off. Or shower with a friend who is willing to help.

She needs to soak it in the tub. Rather than just showering. If she can't fit in the tub she should invest in a larger one. Please help her to lose weight. You're the friend that's what you're there for. It's really not healthy for her.
