Try using tape to gently remove stinger.
Next use peroxide or rubbing alcohol to disinfect.
You can also cover the sting with a paste
made from mixing oatmeal, baking soda & water
to help draw out some of venom.
Hope this helps

You can get the stinger out by using the edge of a credit card, or by pinching the stinger between you thumb and forefinger and pulling it out.
Curing the Itch and removing the poison:
1 Pick a few leaves of plantain from a clean source. Try to gather it away from the side of the road. Also away from places where chemicals are sprayed. HOWEVER, it an emergency, you get it where you can get it.
2 Chew the leaves up real good keeping the plant matter and saliva in the FRONT of your mouth.
3 Spit it out on to your bee or wasp sting site.
4 Hold it on the sting site for a few minutes until you feel relief. Repeat if necessary.
Kitchen remedies
Baking soda: mix the baking soda with vinegar and apply the thick paste to the wound.
Onions: Lay a fresh slice of onion on the sting.
Apple Cider Viegar: The raw kind. Spectrum or Braggs are good brands, available at all health food stores. If bitten or stung, dab apple cider vinegar as soon as possible on the bite to draw out any poison and to prevent swelling. Thyme and rosemary infused in the vinegar are especially effective. I've heard toothpaste, vinegar, and deodorant works but can't remember if its for the sting or to get the stinger out. There is also a weed called plantain(not the banana) that works for the pain of stings and burns. I know it sounds weird but it works like a charm. They sell it in a cream form in health food stores. Hope this helps.

The best way to get a stinger out is to use a credit card or other thin, flat surface and use a sraping motion to remove it. . .squeezing the stinger, with your fingers or tweezers, can inject more of the venom into your skin. After the stinger is out, apply ice, or make a paste out of baking soda and water. both will help ease the pain.

When I was a kid, we made a paste out of dirt and water, and put that on the sting and let it dry again. It worked. Also baking soda and water worked well....and let it dry also.
