i know David got Goliath but how would a modern man go for his Goliath?

Your question is too broad. Why do you need this hearing ? Is it because you were turned down for disability even though you are disabled ? What state are you in ? How many times have you applied ?

Most states automatically turn you down the first time you apply. It is extremely unfair however for some reason it is "their" law. The second application is usually denied also. The thrid time you apply you will get it (with the help of a cheesy attorney) and you will be paid starting from the date of your FIRST application. The normal first check is very nice however that doesn't help people out that need the money now.

The cheesy attorney is allowed to take a fee of up to $4,000 out of your first check, most will settle for much less, like $1,000 for their 10 minutes of time.

He is a God of miracles, Jesus reminded us too that often we receive not because we ask not and we receive not because when we do ask we ask for our own desires and not for the glory of God.
