Give your self permission to face fear, even if it's scary. Then forgive yourself for feeling fear and guilt if (when) it happens next time. Old habits die hard sometimes.
Start with baby steps. Learn from mistakes. Go back to the beginning if you need to. You don't fail this way; you only learn. Failure becomes a learning experience. Success, step by step, is inevitable. There's no rush; remember that.
Love ya.

"Feel the fear and do it anyways"
I love this and try to remember it when I don't want to get out of my comfort zone. I am changing careers and am terrified but doing it anyways. I surround myself with lots of supportive friends and they encourage me when I need it. I have learned that if I don't take risks (I am not talking about taking risks with my life ) I stay stuck in a rut. Start small, no one has conquered the world in one day. Just think if you succeed at something how good you'll feel about yourself.
