you would have to very quickly take the sperm covered finger and place it deep into your vagina. u might get a few viable live sperm to reach a fertile egg but the life span of sperm outside of a vagina is not long. So this would have to be intentional and there are more fun ways than this if you want to get pregnant. just don't give a hand job to someone and point it towards you with ur legs spread open. then u could easily have sperm enter your vagina that way. better to aim it his way or some where above the waist.

Well the sperm would have enter her and its less likely to get her pregnant I'm sure but I've heard stories about women getting pregnant from towels. Not certain how truthful those were though.
