There's no reason to get angry. Not everyone is going to believe in what you do. Just breathe and relax that everyone has an opinion. You can always try and explain to them that their comments are making you upset. There's no need to get upset about it though.

Normal? What a funny way to validate the appropriateness of your emotions.
Anger is the ultimate form of control. If someone says something that angers you, than they are controlling you. Funny thing about it is, only you can invite that level of control into your life. Personally, I don't think I could make you angry, even with any thing I said about God or Jesus. Only you could make yourself angry by something I said. It may sound like a lot of psycho-babble, but I found this to be true in life. When I realized I was the source of my anger, I was able to leave it. Now life goes a heck of a lot smoother.
I don't think I share the same feelings as you do for God or Jesus, but I'm sure you love them both. That being said, if I were in the same position as yourself I wouldn't make my emotional status dependent upon other people's words-good, bad or "normal"

yes, very normal, but it shouldn't be.
The truth is you have to be at peace with yourself and your beliefs, then let everything else go.
Think about it; do you think Jesus was angry at the people who nailed him up to the cross? No, he wasn't. Remember what he said; forgive them for they do not know what they are doing.
In other words when they say something like that remember they do not know what they are doing. Also I don't remember any part of the new testament where Jesus said, they are wrong or evil. He didn't even seem to complain when he was nailed on the cross.

Kim: Of course it's normal, someone is insulting your Lord and Saviour- just don't let your anger lead to sin- that's when it's not a good thing. Other than that, just calmly tell people that you have strong faiths and don't want them saying things like that about your Creator around you. Or at all, for that matter.
Kara: Definitely, I do it whenever someone does the same around me....I hate it because God is my life, whatelse is there?

It is normal to feel a little angry. However, you should feel sorry for those people and pray for them. Those people need prayer because they are not doing it for themselves and they need the Lord's help. Don't let those people get to you. I know it hurts, but don't let them get you too angry. You'll be no better then they are if you retaliate. Just ask God for patience and understanding. He will calm you so you don't have to fret.
Good luck!

Angry and stupid.
Because God believes in NOTHING. He isn't human. He can't be insulted.
The Savior is with him now and not talking. He has an excellent idea of the despair and betrayal and faithlessness felt by the person who'se making you angry.
Finally, neither God nor Jesus are your darlings, your children, your little pets that you need to comfort and protect. "Oh, that isn't why I get angry!" --or is it?--

Its normal, but I just think how sad its going to be for them to beg Jesus to let them into the Gates of heaven before they are cast out forever. Then I pity them. I replace my anger with a willingness and desire to learn more about God so that I might touch someones life on here if it is asked of me to do so.

As long as you don't act out on it, I guess. Of course, getting angry over something you can't control isn't very healthy. You end up putting stress on your body and mind. It leads to a shorter life-span.
Though, I do know where you're coming from. I get upset when someone disrespects my Wiccan religion and beliefs.

It's normal, but it doesn't do any good to strike back. This category is so full of silliness, and sometimes just plain meanness from many parties, it seems that people who claim to follow a man who said "love your neighbor as yourself" and "turn the other cheek" need to ignore those things, or respond as neutrally as possible. Not saying I always do, sometimes you have to remind yourself, "who cares what these strangers think?"

I would say yes, the same happens to me.
But try not to let it get the best of you. Some people do it because they think it is fashionable. Others, because they are secretly searching but will deny to the bitter end. The best thing you can do is find your strength in the Lord. Then no one can touch you. :)
