You should obtain a fresh stool sample and bring it to your Vet's immediately. It could be nothing but if you have other pet's at home isolate her. One of your other Answerer's could be correct, this may be Parvonucleosis, as being a puppy and stray she may have not been fully vacinated. She could have been exposed by the other animals.

Either way the stool sample will really help....if you already have her established as a pet most Vet's charge $10-20 to run.

Baby her. Has she had all of her shots? She could have something really wrong. If she is about 1-2 months old blood in the stools is normal. If she is older than that You need to take her to the vet hospital. right away. Try giving her milk. that may calm her stomach but still take her to the vet.

Call the vet. NOW!
I assume you do have a vet... although from what you describe, you may not be winning any medals for responsible pet ownership anytime soon.
Regardless, please get off the computer right now and call the vet. This could be an emergency. No one on here is going to be able to diagnose your dog over the internet. Your dog has entrusted her health and life to you... her owner... so take care of her!!

your dog has a ulcer.. daa.. get him some peptobismo and give him a teaspoon of it.. then wait until the next day check it again..

baby your dog is stressed out..

the other thing is a tumor.. go and feel the stomic if you feel a knot then it is a tumor..

as for cancer it dose happen and well your dog would be very skinny and barfffffffffff all the time..

well if this dose not work.. in a week take to docs.. house and get check for flees they might be driving your dog mad and he is just so upset that it is causing a ulcer

She might have swallowed something alien to her normal diet. Young dogs are very curious just like human babies and will put most objects in their mouths. You should take your puppy to the Vet and have her X-Rad. It might be a metal object or a bone fragment. You should not wait any more.

some times they poo blood if they are a bit constipated, but when a dog poo's out blood it should always be checked by a vet it could be a sign of an underlying condition or illness,

she may have eaten something that pierced her stomach or intestines, get her to a vet. Worms often create a problem for the stomach too. Im not sure if Parvo virus has this blood issue but its possible.

Take her to the vet immediately. When it is only bloody stool or a little blood, it could be from straining too hard when it has the runs, but vomiting too can mean something serious.
