You seem determined to hate Christians. Why are you always complaining about them?
And there was a reason why they were "complaing" about it. maybe you should learn about the topic YOU are complaining about.

becki762 has the right answer. Not only do the Christians complain, but just about everybody complains.
Now I'm not saying Christians are right or wrong, but I will explain why they do what they do.
The Christians have had a lot of power for a very long time. With this power they did a lot of things. People started rebeling against this power.(complaining) Eventually thier power started fading. (Example thier is no prayer in a public school and the Bible was taken out of most courts).
People keep on attacking them, because they are still the power house. Much like why some countries attack the U.S.
However you need to know where to draw the line. What is and is not stepping on our religious freedoms. Is a buisness saying merry Christmas really stepping on your religious freedom or are you going overboard with this religious crusade.
The truth is Christmas in schools is bad, but in buisness it is not. I'll explain.
If you are a pagan student and in the Chrior you should not be forced to sing a religious song, but if you were that same pagan student and you decided to go to the store you are not being forced to do anything religious. If somebody says Merry Christmas to you you can ignore them, not shop there, reply saying sorry I don't believe in it, ect. You can't do that in a public school.

Kim: Well, why is that really such a big deal to begin with? So you changed the words to include people- okay. And why would the Christians be complaining? Wouldn't it be the Jews and the people who celebrate other holidays that aren't Christmas? Your logic is flawed. Also- you're complaining about something when there's nothing going on.
It's pathetic.
Kara: For one we christians, or some of us anyway don't even believe that Jesus was born on X-mas so why are you making a big deal out of nothing. I'm not going to say I hate you about some of your questions and answers because I'm a christian but I EXTREMELY DISLIKE YOU RIGHT NOW!!!!!!! Stop trying to make yourself feel important on this- it's just not going to work.

Why do atheists always complain? I remember watching a news story on ABC that said atheists wanted to change the term Merry Christmas to Happpy Holidays because they were offended by it because their Constitutional rights were violated because they had to be exposed to religion. So they took Christmas out of everything, and displayed Happy Holidays banners so that they did not offend the atheists and lose their business. Oh please, atheists are always complaining about something because they don't want anybody else to be happy because they AREN'T. It's more than pathetic, it's pitiful the atheists can't find fun in anything because God is always right there. Don't like God? Try living on one of Pluto's newly discovered moons. I'll see you around Christmas in about 10,000 years when you come around on your next orbit. Oh, and by the way, SMILE! GOD LOVES YOU! And HAVE A NICE DAY!

We are not complaining, we are just stating the facts that Christmas is about Christ not some holiday. This has been a tridition for many years and why are we changing it now??? Don't tell me happy holidays, either say Merry Christmas or forget the whole thing. What about the presents?? Because the wise men brought presents to Jesus.. Either accept it or forget it completely..

Get a life, the only pathetic person I see on here is YOU!!!!!! Is it that much fun and brings you that much pleasure mocking Christians? I've read through your questions and the only one complaining on the religious and spirituality section is you MR ATHEIST. So how retarded is that. You're the fool and you really look stupid. Have a nice day. One day I hope that you have the opportunity to feel the spirit in your life then you will understand, but until then it's not possible. I only hope that your heart isn't so hard and rotten that it's not possible to get in. I truly feel for you, what an unhappy life you must live.

I'm with you on the Christmas/Happy Holidays issue. . .just rediculous! The thing about Christianity is that there are so many forms of Christianity. . .and they all think 'their way' is the only 'right' way. . .but aside from that, they complain because they are only human.

The fact is that SOME christians complain and they say they are speaking for everyone who is a christian.but really only a few christians actually complain. the media blows it up tp make is seem like we are all complaining.
i am a christian, and you can say happy holidays, because that is showing respect for other religions.
