Because I care about the land. I care about our wildlife. I care about the people here--who do not deserve less in needs to give others more in wants.
Guess you could care less of either if it gets you what you want. Pretty selfish.

Because we need some new disaster or crisis to moan about...
The govt. needs to keep us in fear so we will never unite and become powerful and bring them to account for their treachery.
When you get a society scared, they are crippled by fear and powerless, and this has been happening for generations. We just run around like chickens with our heads cut off saying, the sky is falling, sky is falling...Just look at history...

How about because ILLEGAL immigration costs us taxpayers millions of dollars every year.
On top of it's just plain unfair - it cheats the LEGAL immigrants who come here by the correct process.
