Omigod from the 80s? Just pull hair back while holding it, make top layer bubble up and tie.
Can't believe people are doing this again. I wore this style over 15 years ago.

O my gosh i do it all the time! so just take the hair in the front ...equal amounts on both sides and pull it all the way straight back and then before clipping it push it forward to create a bubble and clip it!
