I could wash my hair in the morning and by evening it was oily again. I read in a magazine a month ago to use Head and Shoulders for oily hair. Its the one with the cytris smell in the new bottles it is great. I would have never thought to use it because I don't have dandruff and always thought head and shoulders was for dry hair. It's not! I love it although it doesn't have all the great smells other shampoos have.

Whenever I've lived in humid climates where you sweat a lot, I had that problem. The key for me was to use a different shampoo almost each time- I'd keep, still do in fact, keep 4 or 5 different shampoos in the shower and switch between them. I don't know why, this works, but it does for me.

Use your normal shampoo and make sure not to put too much gel or hairspray in it. Also, you may want to try a clarifying shampoo once a week to get rid of buildup that will make your hair look greasy.

there is realy no shampoo, b/c the oil comes out of the pores, not the hair, maybe the shampoo you use makes it that way, but suave works wonders on all types of hair.
