The entire story of Christ is mythological and based on imagination. The Dead Sea Scrolls have proved that Christs`s teachings were not original, that a sect which believed in the same things existed long before Christ. The very existence of any person named Jesus Christ is not proved it is only the Church`s version which makes some people believe in the story.

Where is it proven that Christ rose from the dead?
Ever start a rummer around school or the office ... and when it gets back to you ....in just a day or two it's changed quite a bit.
Everything regarding Christ was written down hundreds of years after it supposedly happened.

Historical documents do prove that Jesus Christ of Nazareth was a real person who preached to the masses. I agree with you there. However, it is NOT. I repeat, NOT proven that Christ rose from the dead.
How can you possibly state that as fact? What historical items of reasonable repute do you have in your possession or are you taking this out of? The Bible? The Bible was written by his followers! It, therefore, cannot be taken as fact...it is merely hearsay.
If you're asking us to believe in the religion by attempting (a pathetic attempt at that!) to "prove" something you have lots of work to do! If he was able to rise from the dead once...why not do it again? When you ask people to "believe" in something based on proof...you'd better have reputable proof.
Asking someone to believe in your religion takes belief of a different kind. The sort of belief you're looking for is pure, blind and unquestioning. It is not in my nature to be that way so I won't believe it...better said...I just cannot, it goes against my nature.

Neither of your statements have ever been 'proven' by any stretch of the imagination. Doesn't know where you got the idea from that they had. There is much debate about whether jesus actually exist or was merely a congolmeration of several identities. And I bet you are using the story in the bible as your proof to his rising from the dead. Again no proof there, only a unsubstantiated story.

No such thing will ever be proven because it is a myth. Demi-gods rising from the grave, and resurrections of the dead, are very common in mythology, and the entire story of Jesus Christ is a rehash of Mithra's story in nearly every detail. Only the names of people and places were changed to suit a different audience.
Also, dead people do not come back to life. It is impossible--not merely improbable, but IMPOSSIBLE.

Even though I believe Jesus died and rose from the dead there is no proof of it.
The Bible is not proof, for if it was then we would all believe in Mythology since it is stories that was written before the Bible was and it too is historically sound.
The good news is however there is proof to the exsistance of Jesus Christ, but that's it. In other words he did live, but that's it.
As far as science and history goes he could have been an ordinary man, crazy person, ect. ect. There is no proof that he was the son of God or any of his works.

Similarly it has been proven that the earth is a flat plane which is carried on the back of a giant turtle- and yet people persist that the world is round and that there is no real proof of the turtle! I don't understand these people's ignorance when they start talking about a round earth that floats in nothingness without even being held up by anything.

Sandra the question is too big for closed minds if someone would truly like to consider the proof I would suggest a book called evidence that demands a verdict by Josh McDowell a former agnostic who truly, with an open mind ,looked for evidence of God rather than just condemn those of us who believe without having any evidence for the way they believe.

Where are you finding this so called 'proof'? There is proof, however, that the Bible may be counterfiet. King James had executed translators for including information that he didn't agree with. Also it is speculated that Christ's divinity was chosen by a vote (that had closer results that the vote that chose English as the national language for the U.S. rather than German).

Other than the bible there is no proof what so ever that Jesus rose from the dead. And for those that don't believe that book is real there is no proof.
