There is this girl and she likes some other dude and she is confused on if he likes her back but im not sure how and when i can make my move b/c i like her. any tips?

I think the best thing to do is keep being her friend for now , even if she (thinks) she likes someone else. If you really like her give her time and she'll come around to you. Just be nice to her, no matter what.but if it doesn't happen, just remember you can't help for the way someone DON'T feel. (The longer you hang out with someone as just friends, more than likely the two will become involved, know what I mean.

no dont make a move if she likes someone else. why would you want to date someone who was interested in another dude anyway? If she did want to date you, you'd constantly be paranoid that she'd be thinking about the other guy or possibly cheating on you with him. Find another chick.

dude sometimes ya gotta slap a ho. if shes just keeping you in the fridge for back up then you need to go on to find some other gierrl. maybe THEN will this girl realize what she had when she loses it!

tell her that you don't know if he likes her but you really like her and you think you would be a better pick then him and that she should at least give you a chance. do it in person and make sure she knows that being friends is not enough for you.

While she is sitting around ,taking no action regarding that other fellow, YOU take action. Don't do what she's doing...sitting around wondering and wasting time. Be polite, be respectful, be kind... then how could she possibly be interested in anyone else but you??!!! Good luck, friend.

its not worth it. u dont really want to fight over someone that doesnt really talks to u. I think u should make urself one of her good friends and maybe she would now u well and decide that u are better than the other guy! try it and see what happens!

i say, go for her and risk getting rejected cause otherwise she might wind up with that other guy and you'll never know and you'll probably always wonder what would have happened if you'd just let her know how you felt
