It is also possibly and indicator that she's ready to have sex with you (presuming you haven't consumated it yet), or
It could mean she's horny and they call that "foreplay" which I recognize is a foreign concept to a teen boy,
or It could mean she's washing off the goo from you most recent sex act.

Sometimes it could be that you both want to take a shower so you just take it together.In your situation she probably just wants to shower with you and maybe she is hoping for something in the movies like you both washing each other and sex.good luck.
