See a Doctor immediately. If your hand is shaking there is a problem, possibly a neurological problem. In any case, get it checked out fast. It could be Parkinson's Syndrome, or some other neurological disorder.

if you are on any type of medication look into the possibility of 'tardive dyskinesia'
involuntary shaking of extremities and facial tics are a common side effect to many medications.. might be a possibility?
I could not find a link for medications with this specific trait..

Your sugar may be low, or a medication could be doing it. My mother was getting a shaky hand for a while and after she went off a medication it stopped.

chill out . hold it down with your other hand. eat somethign really sugary. drink water. you might be dehydrated and eat a pixie stick or sugar packets.
