Keep yourself very occupied and don't even think about cigarettes. I'm trying to quite too and it is tough. I've only had 2 cigarettes so far today in a 14 hr. period. I've been smoking for 4 years minus the 6 1/2 months while I was pregnant ( i didn't know until I was 9 wks along.) When my daughter was 2 months old I started up again. She is now almost 2. I want to quite for her, so i can be their for her and watch her grow up. I'm only 22, I want to live my life! Plus with me quiting, my husband might quite too! Plus it is soooo hard on your health. this past week I have had a bad cold and a sore throat that is taking forever to go away. I also coughed soooo much that it irritated my throat and I coughed up some blood. I still do a tiny bit. That was 3 days ago. That is one of the main reasons why it is soooo easy for me to quite. Having my bad health scare me, plus wanting to watch my daughter grow, and have more healthy children. I hope this helps!!!

You know all the reasons not to! I will encourage you to be strong and not smoke. Why don't you try and think of something to occupy you? You could read, make a snack, call a friend. Think of a little reward to give yourself if you don't go out to smoke.

Everyone on this earth knows the effects that smoking has on the body and I am sure that you do also. If what you know alone is not going to stop you from doing it then no person will be able to.

I don't know if I can be more persuasive than the nicotine coursing through your system.

I can point out the huge amounts of toxins surging through your body, how it prematurely wrinkles your skin, how you are basically suffocating yourself, how expensive of a habit it is, but if you won't listen, I might as well be a car alarm for all the attention you'll pay to me.

Ummm wait for me??? Sorry I can't. Wish I could though. Such a nasty habit it is too. I hope someone can convince you not to while I go step out on the porch.

Smoking's bad..M'kay.
If you smoke,it'll lead to an expensive bad habit, then you 'll have to quit your job and become a roadie for Nickleback or James Blunt to support your habit..
So don't smoke,smoking's bad..MMM'kay .

The liquid propane tank you stand beside when you are smoking just developed a major leak. I just discovered a crack in the pipe leading into the building.

PS Please don't make me pickup the pieces of the tank tomorrow!
