The answer is no , and it should be evident even to an atheist. Your statements and subsequent conclusions are disjointed. Even atheists agree that Jesus existed! You are either going to stir up resentment or be ignored with this dubious question.

He voluntarily died for us all.It was foretold He would be put to death as a common criminal. No, the way He died would not matter to us. This is a matter of faith, so if you don't believe in Jesus, this concept may be hard to understand.
Matthew 26:52 Then Jesus said to him: “Return your sword to its place, for all those who take the sword will perish by the sword. 53 Or do you think that I cannot appeal to my Father to supply me at this moment more than twelve legions of angels? 54 In that case, how would the Scriptures be fulfilled that it must take place this way?”

I would place the same value on him no matter how or IF he died for my sins. But I know must Christians feel differently. They love him in part because of the horrible thing he was wiling to suffer for them., whearas I love him for the wonderful message he brought to humanity. I believe that his message is what really "saved" us. He didn't have to die for our sins. He was just killed because certain people who disagreed with his message killed him. \(the romans by the way, not the Jews)
But perhaps he thouight that in dying he would spread his message farther. I guess he just wanted that badly to help us, whether he was a God or not. I think he was a higher being who came to help us, but perhaps not necessarily God.
To bad the message he did to spread to us has been manipulated so much.

Jesus didn't hate Himself. He knew His death was going to happen and chose not to stop it. He could have called on angels to help Him but He chose not to. Why? He loves us. Because He could see all the past, present, and future of mankind and how awful we are. His death redeemed those of us who truly believe in Him. His shed blood was spilled to wash away our sins. He had to suffer because He was literally burdened down with the sins of every man and woman when He was on the cross. I don't know your name but He does. If you are an atheist you'd better be real sure about that decision. Your eternity depends on it.

Jesus did does and will always exist, and no he didn't hate himself, Christ made himself a living scarifice for everyone! even
you my friend. If you are a parent? Wound you be willing to die
to save your child's life? That's what God did for all, regardless if you believe in him, or not.
I would like to ask you, dear atheist if you don't believe in God?
What will you do when he reveals homself to you. I pray that someday, You will find the God, I know! Jesus did exist! Does
exist! And despite it all he loves you.

He was showing his love for us. And yes, it was necessary, because Jesus asked God if there was another way.
To the atheist, read the writings of Josephus, an ancient Roman atheist. He was a scribe, and recorded Jesus in his writings.

he didnt hate himself
he didnt purposely get beaten either.
He died for OUR sins and crucifixion was a popular method of punishment back in those days. Its not like Jesus could just pick and choose what he wanted to happen to him ... true he couldve gotten out of it ... but he didnt

well as an atheist whose read the bible, or most of it, jesus was beaten bcuz he was to die and suffer for the sins of man, but the hours of torture he went thru is no where compared to the ''hell'' he created, so it doesnt make sence, he apparently was beaten for love of man, but i dont believe in it, so whatever.

I'm not a Christian but your ignorance is showing. Jesus did in fact actually exist. Try reading books, you'd be amazed what you may learn.
