It seems like I always hear girls making fun of short guys or saying how they wouldn't go out with a guy because he was short. Why is that?

I know some women do, but I think it's really mean and shallow. No one can control their height, so it's not something you should be mean about or look down on someone for. (No pun intended, LOL.) Seriously, try not to worry about it and just be confident in who you are. I'll take a nice short guy over a tall jerk any day!

Its social programming. Darwinism. A desire to make her children more acceptable. A believe taller men are more adequate or accepted as better providers.
Do not ever be attracted to a girl who thinks this way. Its classless trailer park mentality. You are better off without that.
I am a short dude. I now live in Asia. I am soooo much more happy out there than in the states.
Hear me laughing now. hahaha
Conclusion. Just make them laugh. Enjoy what you have. Its not a race; but, a journey.

That doesn't make any sense. Obviously, those are shallow and stupid, not to mention ignorant and judgemental girls. Go with a down to earth girl who doesn't make rude over-generalizations, and you won't regret it.
Also, not to be gross, but when women are looking for mates, they are looking for someone who makes them feel secure, and safe. It's like some internal subconscious thing, because your daddy is taller than you, and you feel safer with people who are bigger with you. I wouldn't take it personally. And yes, I prefer to date men who are taller than I am.

Those girls must be jerks....I don't hear a lot of girls like that. In fact...I'm not that tall myself. The women were sure checkin me out tonite!
