Yes, you can find basic CPR certification totaly on-line- but you've got to pay for the actual certification, however.

I am not sure they would teach things like 2-person, BVM, or such but it is possible.

Since it is not Red Cross or Heart Association, however, many places will not accept it for work purposes.

The Red Cross offers 'Blended Learning' options at many locations. With this option you take the class on-line and go to a classroom to demonstrate or practice skills.

None of these options are free- and indeed, most cost more than a regular class does.
