Namo means "namaste", "praying", pressing one hand to other and holding it near your chest.
Bhagavate means "Bhagwan", the God, the Lord.
Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya means I Pray Bhagawan Vasudeva (i.e. Lord Krishna).
Om..... Mata Meera means I Pray to Mata (Mother) Meera.
