The flashing light is sending out traditional morse code. Short flashes are dots, long flashes are dashes. if you write out the dots and dashes and translate that into numbers and letters then subtract the second set of numbers from the first it will give you the coordinates to the next location.

Count what? and.. no.. it is not morse code... you need to give a bit more information for your question to make sense to others.
