I would take my best friend to where they needed to go. Tell the guy I like to wait on me, and give the old lady my umbrella I keep in my car.

you give the car keys to your friend and ask him to drive the old lady to the hospital. You stay back with the girl/boy of your dreams giving a nice company; hopefully cuddling and comforting that person!

the first thing i need to do is to let my bestfriend drive the car for him to bring the lady to where she needs to go and then he can go home. next, i accompany the girl while waiting for a bus for me to know her better.
