Umm no he's far more intelligent than you are. Unfortunately he doesn't have the best PR people (or at least his supporters don't own major media conglomerates). The media has chosen his persona to be that of egotistical, nerdy buffoon. Hardly a correct interpretation of him (as an example the quote famously attributed to him "I invented the internet" is something that he never actually said) but the one that has been fed to the masses. And of course the masses don't actually want to do their own research or determine the truth for themselves.

he was acting a little retarded when he said he invented the internet, but with this global warming issue, i feel that he is being responsible for his country and world. he may be slightly retarded because he also had to be taught to not be condescending in his speeches

No. Just because you disagree with his opinions doesn't mean you need to call him retarded. Morons like you, who use unfortunate medical conditions to defame others, are one of the reasons why the world is as messed up as it is.

No. He might be someone that you don't like, but retarded he is not. Choose another insulting word for him if you don't like him, but don't call him retarded. Retarded (mentally challenged - medically speaking) people would be offended!

Retarded is such a "harsh" term. Let's just say that he suffers from confusion regarding some issues that confront us. :o)
