Reaction time of what? In general reaction time is best increased by practice. In visually driven activated requiring a faster reaction time narrowing the field of vision and sometimes blocking the straight field of vision helps increase prolifically vision. In physical reaction time (like wrestling, boxing, football, soccer, etc) knowing your opponent is beneficial, body language reading would give you a faster reaction time. In Police training (shoot don't shoot) role play would help a lot in teaching the brain what to look, listen, and react to.

you can increase your reaction time through standing meditation and visualize your movement flowing like water and smooth as silk . Focus on becoming soft and relaxed. Imagine yourself being soft as cotton and hard as steel. Stand with your arms at your side for a period of 15 minutes daily until you are able to do this for one hour. then slowly softly relax and use your miond instead of force. tis is the key to superior reaction time.

I think what you mean is "decrease your reaction time" . the best way is to relax before the event that requires the speedy reaction, clear your mind so you can focus on the event,or you will be bogged down like a computer running programs in the background. next try vitamin B12 and /or royal jelly (not the freeze dried) capsules, these take about 3 days to show effects but when they kick in the energy and focus are incredible. (over doing the dosage will negate the effects)

I think you mean DECREASE your reaction times? No vitamin will do that. You'll have to exercise your skills by playing a sport or something that requires fast reaction. Try playin third base on a baseball team. You'll get quicker really fast.

Increase your memory by eating rosemary and drinking tea made from hot water and fresh rosemary leaves...then put your mind and body to work by engaging in activities that allow you to gauge your reflexes (there are a lot of games on the market that focus on this, and participating in a sport helps too, as will Tai Chi and meditation)

Believe it or not, one way is to play video games. The martial arts tend to help with reaction times also. I opt for the second because of its many other benefits. Good luck.

Do this exercise twice daily for a while to improve 'pathways' in the brain and see if it helps:

March your legs on the spot (lifting knees to hip height) and as you are doing it, tap each OPPOSITE knee with your hand, the other hand should be extended to the air.

So in one movement you lift your left knee to hip height, raise your left hand in the air, touch your raised left knee with your right hand. Then, in one fluid movement, put your left leg down, raise your right knee, touch it with your left hand and raise your right hand in the air. Get this going at marching pace, then introduce a new strain - count out loud as you are doing it. There are plenty of exercises like this, I learnt this one in a kinesiology course.

Sports help, practicing what you want to react to and how to react will make you faster.
