GO NAVY!!
First off good for you setting a goal in your life and looking at ways to prepare you for it.
1. I recommend Studying in school first and foremost.
2. Once you are in High School do ROTC.
3. Join a Boy Scout Troop and achieve the rank of EAGLE SCOUT.
4. Join United States Sea Cadet Corp (good prep)
5. Get a copy of the Blue Jackets Manual. (study it)
6. Be physically fit
7. Eat healthy

Actually you can. There is an organization call the United States Sea Cadet Corp. I was in it for several years. It is based all over the world and is training for the Navy. You can go to boot camp get your seamen or airman training, and it even gives you credits so when you do finally enlist you will enlist in a higher ranking. It's a good experience and you get to do alto. I got to do crowd control for the Blue Angles.

Maybe have someone come to your house and teach you the basic stuff to know for the Navy. I'm thirteen too.

Eat healthy. Exercise. Continue to do well in school and extra curricular activities. Get a college degree, then join.
