Why would it matter how far they (the passengers) found the individually wrapped, vacuumed sealed, salted peanuts from the crash site? They (the passengers) were served either fish or chicken, there is no mention of peanuts (although they would be on the plane, if this was a hypothetical question).

Peanuts are banned from all flights due to allergies therefore there would be no peanuts to find anywhere.

you wouldnt find peanuts at the crash site because peanuts are lighter then air so they would float.

I would hope the peanuts burned due to fuel leaking and exploding and killing everyone INCLUDING the peanuts...lol...I dont know...
