Someone who smoked too much "burning bush" created the idea of God, just like with all the other religions/mythologies.

Noone created God God Is the Beginning and the end. We don't just exist and Thank God we're not without him I don't think we would exist today if it wouldn't have been for God's Intercessions. Let's be honest mankind is very destructive its a Good thing God has always been there to help us grow to become something better than what we were in the beginning. We would have self destruct many centuries ago with out him at least this is what I believe when I look at history.

God is God. He always was and always will be. We are not God we are created beings.

The Book of John
Chapter 1

1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

2 The same was in the beginning with God.

3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

Because we are not God. God created time and space and matter and energy. He is not bound by these things. We are. We cannot just exist because we must have had an origin. At some point we did not exist. At another point we did. We are cannot go back in time proir to our existence. God is the master and creator of time. He exist in the past present and future.

Ah, this old question. Well, there is a gaping inconsistency in the logic of this. First of all, it assumes that God is a created being. However, God, according to the Bible, doesn't/hasn't changed, and that he has always been God. Therefore, this question becomes as illogical as the question, "To whom is the bridegroom married?". Secondly, this assumes that everything, even things outside of the universe, needs a cause. However, only the uncreated/finite needs a cause. God is infinite, and, therefore, needs no cause. And if God doesn't have a cause, then He is uncreated.

Preety simple the name of god was invented and is used by church to make a proffit with that name.Thers no god the symbol of god exists to try to explain what no one can and thats life itself its not easy when you worship an idea thats not proven all you ever see or hear is name but no proof of it. Man created god to fill in the blanks. Anything they didn't understand? God did it. They still do it today, just look at intelligent design. The entire idea of that is "ok, we understand *some* of how life came to be, let's just fill in the rest with god". At least they're not denying the truth in favor of fantasy, but I still believe it would be better if they could just admit they don't know.

That's why I don't believe in god. An all powerful being exists and then there's something even greater that created him? It has to stop somewhere. Evolution is the key

God was not created. He was just there. I don't know how to explain it. But God does. So make you ask him that when you die. And, we were created in God's image. But we are not God. So most things will be different between us and him.

Men created god, god didn't create men. Organized religion is about controlling the masses.
