Jesus, Buddah, Confucius and many others like Moses, Pythagoras, Orpheus, Rama, Chrisna, Mohamed gave to the humankind (each one of them, in a particular time and in a specific region of the world) a teaching .
All the teachings have a common target.
Human's spiritual development.
Later, people got these teachings and developed around them a building which we now call "RELIGION".
Later on, Other people got what we call "religion" and built around them a system to exploit the masses in the name of the teachings.
I accept all the teachings.... but I am not a "follower". I don't follow any "Religion" or "system of exploitation".
I don't let myself stuck in "etikettes".

There's a big difference between Jesus, Buddah, Confusius, and other religious leaders. Only Jesus has an empty grave. He is our risen Lord and Saviour. Buddah and Confusius may have had a good message, but only Jesus has the ability to forgive our sin. And only believing in Jesus, can you ever get to heaven. Jesus Himself said, "I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through me". If you want to get to heaven, Jesus is the only way.

Jesus. Buddah never claimed to be your creator and Buddah never said he was going to come back for you-neither did confusius. Know why? Cuz they are just people like you. Jesus is by far the one I would follow choosing from the choices given.

I don't consciously follow any of them, believing I have to "lead" my own life... but I did discover that my life and beliefs are apparently closest to those of the Buddah.

I follow no religious figure too closely. I do not follow Christian concepts closely at all because I find them too narrow minded and sometimes hypocritical.
I prefer the Eastern religious teachers myself. (Like Buddha.)They just seem to talk to me.
