Allergies and Scabies are two different ailments. Although they may overlap. Here is the most popular treatment for scabies.

The typical treatment for scabies involves applying 5% permethrin cream or lotion (Elimite) to a patients entire body from the neck down. The cream or lotion is left on for 8-14 hours and then washed off and then a second treatment may be needed a week later. Close contacts, including all family members, should also be treated at the same time.
Although the Elimite will kill the mites, the patient may also need treatment for the rash. This can include topical steroid creams, oral antihistamines, and other anti-itch treatments.

Since the mites can live for 48-72 hours on clothing, bedding, towels, etc., should be washed in hot water and then dried in a hot dryer. Things that can't be washed can be placed in a plastic bag for a few weeks to make sure the mites have died. Furniture and carpeting should also be vacuumed carefully.

Allergies and scabies are two different conditions- though it certainly is possible to mistake one for the other.

You may well have to take allergy shots for the rest of your life.

Scabies is caused by a very nasty, very very small insect that burrows into your skin to lay her eggs. There are treatments available for this: Sulfur (which you may be allergic to) and assorted creams and lotions. Your dermatologist can tell you what is most likely to work for you.

If you've been exposed to scabies, you'll need to wash your clothing and bedding in HOT water, and boiling your combs and brushes is a good idea.

Once you get rid of the bugs, the rash should go away within a week or maybe two.

Good luck! From what I saw when I ran a google search, scabies is positively miserable!
