See a dermatologist as you can keep getting dermatitis from all the products (your skin develops allergy to it after awhile). It could be a hormonal problem too. There are probably better corrective surgery to do for the scarring too. Try to just wash with water alone and clean wash cloth. Have days with no make up at all and don't use soap on your face at all.

Seek a dermatologist. They can prescribe stuff and if you're insured, the copay for the prescriptions will cost about the same as the high end OTC products like ProActiv.
Also, upping your intake of zinc will help. Since it's anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial, zinc will help take care of the zits you have now and prevent zits from forming in the future. It also has the added benefit of boosting your immune system. Look for zinc gluconate in the vitamins/supplements section of the supermarket.

From what I have seen, a dermatologist would be the best answer. I have family members who have had sever acne with scars.

I also had very servere acne. I went to a dermontologist, which was fine when I was on my parents insurance. Now that I am done with college, I have had to fork the cost out myself and couldn't pay that much for the medicine. I have been using Avon's banishing cream for the scars on my face, and it lightens them. I also use their line of products, and they work very well. No other products seemed to work for me. If you want some more information (specific product names or I could see about getting you some samples) just e-mail me at jaylenemarie@yahoo.com

seek a dermatologist but one way is to use the one acne product that worked the best and slow down your intake of sugar/caffine into your body. If you want to slow the acne down jsut reduce the amount of sugar/caffine you are having everyday. Eventually the acne will slow so far down that even the worse acne product will work.

Severe acne is usually treated with Acutane and acne scars can be diminished with laser treatments, microdermabrasion, and/or collagen implants.
A dermatologist can hook you up with any of the above.

This is the best skin advice noone will tell you-
Use your own morning urine to wipe your skin everyday. IT WORKS! Just try it. I know it sounds disgusting, but it works.
