Never heard of Stella Doro. But I don't buy biscotti either. I occasionally make biscotti, but they're fairly labor intensive.

Personally, I would make my own biscotti. It is so much better than what you could find in a store and not to hard to make once you get the hang of it.

I always buy Stella Doro because you know what to expect and they usually are fairly fresh. I have almost broken my teeth sampling other off brands or even so called bakery fresh biscotti. What a sweet question, you make me hungry for a cup of java and and a pizzelle.

Biscotti, but I make it myself. That way it's less expensive and you can make the BEST flavors of your own.
