Yes I believe that some people or religions put themselves at risk of losing the great reward when they put a play on words and start adding to or taking away from the teachings in the Bible. I believe that God is a loving God, however i dont care to take the chance that i may be wrong... Best way in my heart to know that i am following Gods law is to study the Bible and follow its teachings ... if i find that i have associated my worship within the wrong Church i will leave and find the right one... but so far so good... Ya'all have to sort this out your own way... after all its your soul

if religion is what links us to an eternal existence, then having the "right religion" is a problem with eternal consequences. Right? It's not a problem to be tossed off at the same level of "do I wear the brown trousers or the grey ones today?"
Every religion provides its own answers to the eternal questions of "why is there pain and suffering?", and "what is my purpose for being here?" Some religions' answers are quite rational, thorough and evidential, others are based varying combinations of sophistry, fear, superstition and blind faith.
As far as Christianity goes ( which is a religion I am QUITE familar with ;) ) it is NOT based on the Bible, rather the Bible comes from Christianity. Christianity is based on the teachings of Jesus Christ, as taught to His Apostles who then spread the Gospel through out the world to the west and east.

No religion has compiled the historical documents as has Christianity. No religion except Judaism has a holy book that has withstood hoards of critical scholars. Who will testify to its veracity. There are over 30,000 early Christian text that vary in word use less that 1/2 of 1%.
All the religions on earth put together can not match the humanitarian aid that Christianity has given. No other religion can come close to comparing with Christianity. Do some research-check it out-

Great question! =)

With God, there is only one true religion and that's the one He established since the beginning of time. There are a lot of churches that claim to have the true religion but if you compare their practices to the Bible, you will find a lot of errors!

Also, Satan got kicked out of heaven because he wanted to be GOD. He wanted to be better than God. He wants the people to worship him. Doesn't it make perfect sense that he would try and deceive people by making false religions?

It is VERY necessary to compare religions. Not with one another, but to the Word of God. You will see, there is ONE true religion.

God Bless.

Comparing religions, and arguing over which is the "right" religion is just propoganda perpetrated by the major religious "corporations" who try to herd as many sheep into their "temples" to collect their tithes. There is no true religion. All organised religions are equally right and wrong, they are all based on ancient teachings and archaic ritual.
The only thing that they can agree on is that nothing can exist without being caused by something else, the universe exists and therefore something must have "caused" it to exist, they call this "something" 'God'. God is a supreme being, It is beyond our comprehension as it goes against the basic rule of everything (that nothing can exist without being caused by something else).
Each individual person should decide for themselves what they believe, not blindly follow the teachings of men who died centuries ago. The modern world has explanations for many things that would have once been ascribed to God, we must all accept these as fact, for they have been proven.
However, to deny the existence of God is ignorant.
Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.

I agree there is only one God. I personally believe that most religions have a role to help manage our temporal life here on earth and this tends to be a good thing. However, if we are seeking eternal truth (Where will I spend eternity? Can I know this God I believe exists? If so, how?), making comparisons is a reasonable activity.

I have concluded in my own life that faith in Christ is entirely unique to religion. As I understand it, religion tries to answer this question, "what must I do to appease God to forgive me?"

True Christianity sets itself apart by saying there is nothing I can do at all. All have failed, 100% of us.

Christ supersedes religion. Through His sinless life, death, and resurrection, God is willing to see me as if I had never sinned. Wow! This is great news!

How does my life change as a result of believing what Christ did? I seek ways to obey God, not out of obligation, but out of gratitude. I am very grateful that Christ alone, not religion, makes it possible for me and millions of others to know our Creator personally.

cuz they wanna see the diffrence in belife. yes muslims know if their religion is true. no u know its not the correct religion cuz the only time people actually think about the religion is on sunday. u know that is true dont even deny it. u forgote bout the good deeds but u know it in ur heart that the preistes dont even do what they preach. u know that the christians changed some of their rules just to make it easy. once no christian could drink alchol but the people said lets change that now they drink. once the christians use to say adultry was a sin but now they ignor that in the bible. once they use to kill adultresses but they don do that. they use to cover up ,they don do that now. they use to belive in god not jesus < they don do that anymore. the whole religion is messed up. and u know there is no christian who dose all that continusly. even preistes are doubtful.

why would u belive jesus hes not even gods son. jesus is a prophet. why belive in jesus when u can belive in god. \

I believe that Jesus is the son of God and that his life is here on earth. His Ascension and Resurrection into Heaven is proof of his love for humans and his forgiveness of human sins, and that If you have faith you can attain eternal life. I don't know why people compare religions exactly because it is a never ending battle on who's is correct if any body's is. To me there is only one God, and people have the choice and the right to believe what they want, you just have to pray that whom ever they believe in is worthy of praising like my God is?!
